    Learn how to count Ur macros, create a caloric deficit, and U will lose weight eating whatever U want, If you Hit a Point where U dont lose weight anymore, Take down Ur carbs, or Control It with a mini bulking/refeed. Hit the gym and drink a Lot of water.

    a lot of these look good, but a lot of those "what I eat in a day" do NOT have enough food! Don't restrict to like 700 calories pls. Also, aloe vera in smoothies or juice will make ya P O O P 💩💩💩💩💩💩
