Be careful with all that soy. I see you eat it very often and I used to as well until I ended up with an overactive thyroid. I stopped the soy (my doctors recommendation) and it leveled back to normal with the help of some all natural thyroid drops. Just be careful! I've been vegan for 6 years. Also could you do some soy free recipes for ya girl? 🤤
