    a breakfast should be done quick and easy…not to cook now like a dinner or lunch..that is too much work…but its ok tho..an idea…but not as breakfast..that is not for breakfast for me..that is more lunch or dinner

    Be careful with all that soy. I see you eat it very often and I used to as well until I ended up with an overactive thyroid. I stopped the soy (my doctors recommendation) and it leveled back to normal with the help of some all natural thyroid drops. Just be careful! I've been vegan for 6 years. Also could you do some soy free recipes for ya girl? 🤤
