Hello Alyssa, I just came across your channel last night and have binge-watched so many of your episodes (are they called episodes??) anyway, I love them! I'm just wondering if you could recommend a food processor. I hate cooking with a passion, but I realize a FP might come in handy. I don't need anything fancy, but something that will be great for dips and making these delish deserts. Anything you can suggest would be so helpful. Love your channel and I've already subscribed. Thank you for your time! Cyn

For the first one if you want them to not melt at room temperature you can temper the chocolate it make the chocolate more solid (like chocolate you can buy in grocery store) plus you don't have to add oil or butter in the chocolate

Why not using peanut butter like the original recipe? And why adding coconut oil? That only makes them melty and oily
