    Meal 2 is not 55gr of protein. Wtf.
    Eggs are 6gr X 3 = 18
    Rice= 7
    Other are minimals. Max is 27 gr of protein

    The amount of protein intake in very low. I can only see this work for beginners but for intermediates I’d aim for 6-8oz of lean meat per meal.
