    It doesn't look as though the xanthan gum thickened the sauce. It doesn't look as appetizing with such a watery sauce.

    OMGoodness, this was delicious! We had it tonight on top of cauliflower rice like you recommended in the recipe, along with steamed broccoli. I wanted to drink the sauce and lick my plate after I took the last bite. SO GOOD! I can't wait to have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow…or maybe breakfast…or maybe as a midnight snack in two hours. Don't judge. lol
    We had your Feta Cheese with Cherry Tomatoes leftovers for lunch today and threw in some grilled chicken tenders. YUM! I've tried many of your recipes, and they are all so good! Thank you for taking the time to share them.

    Edit: we just had the leftovers for lunch today. I kept telling my husband that the taste reminds me so much of something. We've never had PF Chang's, nor have we ever had Mongolian Beef. Finally, my husband mentioned Bird's Eye Voila meals! This tastes exactly like their Beef Lo Mein! Next time we make this, we're going to add some shredded carrots and maybe some Bok Choy, like the Bird's Eye meal does. The steamed broccoli we mixed in with the Mongolian Beef and cauliflower rice today was awesome, too! Plus, I'll have an excuse to make your Carrot Cake Cupcakes! 😀

    To freeze, and then thaw to cook, do you. Mean freeze it cooked? And reheat till meat cooked or did you mean freeze raw? Thanks for you fabulous recipes!!

    I made this tonight and made a horrible mistake I should have doubled this recipe.
    Guys this dish taste like restaurant quality. I added mushrooms, few onions; make this with Monkfruit sugar! it's insanely GOOD taste like I ordered carryout!
    Go make your own no regrets mmmmm Jesus this is delicious eating mine now bye.

    Was craving Mongolian Beef from my favorite local restaurant, but I don't dare because I'm a Keto girl now for the past two years. I made your recipe tonight and WOW! It was soooo delicious!!!!     This was good but way too much sugar. Next time I will cut that in half and maybe a little less xanthan gum. Other than that it was good.
