just tried this – where I live, Calamansi juice is something nobody has heard of, hard to come by, so out of no_idea, I added just a little lime juice (please, tell me if it was a horrible idea), and even then, this dish turned out great!!!! Absolutely love it, thank you so much for the great video and perfectly clear instructions!
Gusto ko style ng pagluto niyo sir lahat masarap kaya si juvilyn magaling na din magluto sarap na sarap si koreano kumain, pati kming mga viewers natututo din ty sir.
Im cooking this at the moment, still waiting for the pork to be soft and tender. I've added 1bottle of san miguel apple beer and 2cups of water for 1 kilo of pork liempo. Im experimenting and trying to get a different flavor from it. Im excited to taste this later. I followed your cooking techniques. Thanks Kuya Fern! Update: the finish product is so tasty with a dash of bitter and sweet. I also added 1 chilli pepper chopped. Voila!! Cant wait for dinner time with my babe.
Kuya ferns favorite ingredient is oyster sauce. Hehe. Porkstek (counterpart of bistek) yung niluto nyo po. Instead of marinating it, you made it easy for you by actually boiling the meat to tenderize. Hehe. I hope you got a recipe not using oyster sauce..
The morals learned from this video: never forget your onions ๐
