Butter or milk, plus brown sugar on top. 😋 butter is when you miscalculate and the porridge is too thin to add milk.

I’ve been using Sicilian orange curd and poppy seeds. Absolutely amazing. This video was great because it shows how endless the possibilities are with porridge and that there probably isn’t a right or wrong way to cook it, it’s all up to the individual and how they like it.

The best Porridge is made from wheat…

    Here is a recipe…

    250 ml Milk.
    60 g Wheat Bread.
    15 g Sugar.
1 Tbsp Oil, sunflowr or melted butter.

    Ins.
Boil the milk, oil and sugar, add in the bread, mix well till bread is dissolves, and the whole mixture becomes thick like a thick podding.
    Enjoy!

I cook with water. Add: tea spoon of double cream, table spoon organic proper maple sirop, quarter of a banana, diced quarter of an apple, diced almonds and then a berry that you fancy.

I just throw bunch of fruits in it I don't like it when its too sweet so I don't add sugar or honey, but if you have to pick just one its fine too, you can also add whey protein for flavor, strawberry whey goes nice with a real banana sweet and sour mix. You can throw in it chia seeds also, I learned that from my cousin he is into body building …

I always have porridge every day, i add a teaspoon of ground flax seed and a teaspoon of chia seeds, handful of blueberries and a chopped banana, then the icing on the cake is a tablespoon of peanut butter.
    It’s gorgeous!

I just ate some oatmeal, and I'm still hungry. I don't get why it deserves its status as such a healthy food option. It isn't even low on the glycemic index so you can't justify it on that premise. It's not high either but what bothers me is the myth that it keeps you full. I would need to eat a lot of oatmeal(like half a cup of oats) to feel full and then I'll feel full for a few hours. There are definitely other things you can eat that keep you feeling full a lot longer than oatmeal

As a cinematographer its a pain to watch the video. Filmed with a shallow depth of field, constantly missing the focus marks. Why to do that if you can't pull this off? Just shoot wider DoF and your focus won't be soft and frustrating the entire video.

On the contrast side. Jamie Oliver is amazing as always 🙂 Thank you for a perfect recipe.
