I am loving watching your recipes….here is my question….Do you have an online recipe book so I don't have to sit at my computer, watching all your videos and trying to figure out how to save/store your recipes….I am technically challenged and I just don't know how to put things together in one spot. I hope you have a cookbook, your recipes are ones I would absolutely have.
I'm sure your channel is great, but this is one of the reasons that I couldn't do "Keto" if you paid me – everything has to be "bread" inspired or a dessert look-alike. If you need that, great – but I'll take plain bacon and eggs and butter over pancakes, muffins, and waffles any day of the week. Just another excuse for the commercialization of something that could be so straightforward and healthy. I'll stick with carnivore.

Give up the concept of a typical American breakfast and just eat a meal, breakfast doesn't have to be eggs and bread products……make a stir fry, pasta, soup, etc.
your idea to add cream cheese to scrambled eggs… Step it up a notch some time and try using Ricotta cheese instead. seriously magical! You'll see when you try it 😉
You have to use TOTAL carbs on keto, NOT NET carbs….And using ANY "sweeteners" still can cause your body to have an insulin release which defeats the purpose of keto…
Once you start making the sugary sweet stuff or Breads and crusts, you might as well go back to your regular diet and get fat again. And can someone tell Gundry to put a sock in it? Please go away!
For breakfast mash bananas, add just a little almond flour, a little aluminum free baking powder, a few eggs, raisins, some melted butter, vanilla, and make in waffle maker! They're delicious!
Getting ideas 🙂 but working out ideas for gluten free and dairy free options but can as Celiac still tolerate a very small amount of dairy so long as it is organic as a person with an interlectual disability and autism I find these videos very helpful as I'm a visual learner I do follow a modified keto-diet as it helps with my interlectual disability and autism .
