    I've been making this recipe for the past year, but instead I swap in all purpose flour for whole wheat flour, sunflower oil for coconut oil and honey for maple and it tastes amazing!!

    GET. OUT. THESE WERE SOOOOOOOO GOOODD!!!!!! It brought tears to my eyes. I used butter instead of coconut oil and DO NOT regret it one bit!

    Just made them. So great but a bit too sour; I'd recommend reducing the lemon juice and subbing it in for more honey.

    I made this recipe jan 16,2021. Didnt do the crust as my sis had graham cracker pie crust we used instead. Oh my goodness so delicious! I am gonna try it again with less honey cuz i really like the lemon taste. Thank you so much for this recipe!

    If you use 4 clothes pins, 1 in each corner it holds the parchment paper neatly in place. i have 8 kitchen clothes pins in my kitchen. They come in handy for many applications. =D
