Finally a non pretentious cook!! What a wonderful woman she is!! Professional as well as down to earth!! Ive never had any luck with sweet potato when added to soups, hopefully this will be different So Basically this starts off with a caramalised onion, well cooked tomatoes, stir in s.potatoe+ pumpkin+ maybe some carrot, oh and plenty of garlic, Add a lentils and stock with bay leaves. When cooked add coconut milk and spices. Take a ladleful of the soup and transfer to small bowl, hand blend it, pour back into yr pot, stir and add kale. Hopefully that's it. Sorry if I missed something
I really appreciate this channel. I was looking for inspiration and my search lead me to this video. I’ll be improvising some of the ingredients but I’ll be enjoying a lentil soup tonight.
I made this and its truly one of the best lentil soups I have ever tasted. I followed the recipe except for the coconut powder which I didn't have; instead I added 1 cup of coconut milk. My husband had two bowls, lol.
Tried this soup today. Forgot the lemon juice at the end so I will definitely try that next time, but man is this soup yummy! Had a hambone left over from Christmas so just threw that in for some additional flavor
I tried this soup today, these ingredients are in my kitchen always. Having it right now and it is one of the best soups I have had. I'm not a vegetarian but will definitely be making this again and again
Oh wawwww I could just smell that aroma from here … definitely gonna try your recipe … but I may just add a couple baby dumplings in it and some chopped celery sleeves.
@eatahfood Chrisal is a BOSS!! Just the way how she describe everything in detail, and let's not forget how bigup the producer and when she's not familiar with what she's using she make fun of herself using it…ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!!
I am a vegetarian.. I love this soup.. The thunderstruck is so versatile.. I love it.. My daughter gave me one a few years ago.. THANKS for your delicious recipe! God Bless ❤👍
Omg she is freaking adorable I love her already! And she used her hands to scrape the bowls…yes! No wastage! I love my meat but have no problem trying this. I was tasting the geera in the soup while watching 😍 Thank you!
Very good presentation. For marketing purposes, you should promote your name at the beginning and at the end of the presentation so that you become identifiable and remembered (Branded). Thanks for scraping the bowls with your fingers. I don't know where all of a sudden everybody wants to scrape their bowls with a utensil and leave a ton of stuff behind because they on camera. Also, in due time I imagine that you will get an overhead camera to give the audience alternative views of the presentation. Very well done!
Good night Crisal and Badawi, your soup looks so wholesome. Crisal with her wit adds so much to the show. Totally gonna try this is soup weather along with some crusty bread. Enjoy and keep safe.
Some dumplings and smoke bone and I could eat this everyday
what kind of pumpkin?
If you are public presenter, you shouldn’t use fingers for the ingredients
This looks so delicious 😋, I am going to make this soon. Love meatless meals.thank you.
