I would modify the recipe for less sugar. Dried fruits and dates are enough to sweeten it, with a lot less calories.

Problem is oats are naturally very high in calories like wheat and popcorn. Not to mention the sugar from fruits and honey, then the fat from peanut butter, nuts, and seeds.
