As someone with coeliac disease (severe gluten allergy) this mix and match way of meal prepping is something I'm trying to incorporate into my life. I was pleasantly surprised because all of the foods you prep in this video are gluten free except for the soy sauce and that can be replaced easily by a gluten free soy sauce. I just found your channel today, popped over to take a look after I saw your chicken fried rice on Matt's channel. I'm still learning about gluten free cooking as I was only diagnosed just before Christmas. Finding the hidden sources of gluten in food is my biggest challenge besides making sure I eat balanced meals enough carbs (my family has problems with diabetes and keeping blood sugar from dipping too low).
