I just found your channel and I am loving it! I listened to all the Vitamix playlist while working today😊 Do you have any substitute recommendations for garlic and onions in your recipes. Most savory recipes use both ingredients and I am in no way good enough in the kitchen to just wing it. I actually just got the Vitamix because I hate cooking and it makes meal prep so simple. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏
How do we get this amazing woman to make more of these? I personally would love to have an update on this! It would be wonderful to have 2 wks per season to prep delicious foods for the week 😋
My grandchild has a nut allergy, and gluten isn’t here friend either, is there a substitute that I could use in place that would taste just as good as your original recipe.
This is so helpful! I have your book in my Target cart. I have been trying to eat healthy but with 5 kids undertow, it's really hard. I like the idea of meal prepping so everything is almost ready to go minimizing my time in the kitchen for every meal. Thanks for sharing! It's very concise and easy to follow.

With All the consciousnesses of ingredients, I would think you would do ground flax instead of eggs, or some other egg replacer! It makes me shiver to see all the eggs you use. If you want just eggs or a quiche or frittata, ok but just use flax otherwise for pancakes or other breads etc.
Just came across your videos and I like them and will try to make some of the dishes. However, I never feel full unless I have some bread, and I noticed that you include no carbs in your meals. Any advice?
Another great video I have watched! This really does make making meals throughout the weak easier. I defintely want to try that tortilla recipe. i have never used cassava flour and want to try regular and almond flour, but i will definitely give this a shot
