I am with you I really prefer a 1:1 ratio. I just made this and it is delicious. I used Italian parsley and dill because it was what I had on hand and diced up some grape tomatoes. Thanks for sharing your recipe

The salad she shows and describes is not the salad she shows at the end or the photo on the cover. There are chopped red onions and black olives that she doesn’t mention.
Don’t use your knife blade to scrape the garlic press like that it will dull it. Your knife skills in general are scary. Maybe watch a video on how to cut food safely.
Thank you for using a one to one for your dressing. That is what I use and also find in lighter and fresher. My guests always compliment me on my dressings and ask for the recipe.

I didn't have cuke so I used some celery and peas / Pea pods
Dill and Italian dry herbs. Topped with Sunflower seeds too.
