Mango lian beef cuisine as you put it is actually called Mon-go ruo means marinate beef, it originated from kwangtung province invented by a culinary chef from shanxi his name is Chef Wu Hin
This looks delicious.
I miss your BBQ sauce that Coles no longer sells in Australia .. You have been a long time favourite since MasterChef.
Is it possible to use bicarb soda instead of baking soda?
Also I would like to use chuck steak .. how long should the steak be marinated for to tenderise the meat?
I love it. You are a super woman. Subscribed.
Damn, it is sooo refreshing to see an Aussie on a YouTube vid instead of those damn insidious yanks 🙂
The kids are adorable too and her mum.

This is a huge favourite in my household. Thank you this is Devine.
I used chicken cube with salt (I didn’t know) added and the whole dish came out REALLY salty!!!!! I have added sugar and bit of yogurt to cut back on the salt but it’s still salty :/
I love all your cooking recipes
I enjoyed watching, tysm 💖
I have to try this! Looks delicious! I’m making your chinese short ribs as we speak!😁
Hi Marion, another great recipe from you. I made it tonight, my husband loved it! One little correction in the written recipe: where you say: “add the garlic to the pan”, should say “add garlic and ginger”. Thank you for all the great recipes.
New subscriber here. I was looking for a delicious Mongolian beef recipe and I believe I just going it. I watched other videos where they added sesame oil. I LOVE sesame oil but I noticed you didn't add any. Is there a reason, or does sesame oil just not found it with this dish? Thank you in advance. So happy I found you. Same name as my mother as well doesn't hurt.
Will it change the taste if I triple the recipe for a big party?
Bloody wasting the time by talking too much
Her recipes are so simple yet, your guest think you spent all day in the kitchen. Absolutely, 💯% worth attempting because the taste is excellent!
OMG… Made this dish for dinner and it was a huge hit!!
It’s absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing…😊
Presume the same recipe can be done With chicken?
Please make a cookbook! I would buy it in a second! Found this recipe of yours a few months ago and it has become a staple meal in our house. Super easy to prep and throw in the fridge on busy days and just pull it out and throw it all together on sports nights. Probably the only GREAT dish I’ve mastered! Thank you! (Also I can never find the Chinese wine so I substitute with a dry sherry and it’s still amazing!)
I gave you DISLIKE.
This is NOT Mongolian beef.
Love this easy recipe! Makes weeknight dinners extra delicious!
I love your cooking just wanted to see the meat or poultry washing process. Can you do a video on that please.
