I made this entire meal prep for my meals this week and I can attest, every single item is AMAZING. The protein brownies taste like Cocoa Puffs cereal. And the fajita pasta salad is next level. Also love the texture of the mini pancakes! I want to make all your meal prep recipes!
I’m not much for cooking but these recipes are easy to follow and fix. Really helps to stay focused and on track. The only issue I have is having to print each page of the ingredients and directions instead of just being able to print everything at once. It makes me wonder if I’m selecting to print or is their an easier way. It’s really cool you go to all that trouble. Thanks
I just fixed the chicken fajita pasta and it was delicious. The hardest part was having to print the ingredients, the instructions and couldn’t figure out how to print the macros. I also entered the recipe on my FatSecret app and the macros were spot on.
First off id like to say the way you make this channel feel easy and can be done by anyone is truly amazing. I was wondering tho for weight loss are the portion sizes too large?… in now starting my weight loss journey and don’t know how much I should portion or not even worry about? If anyone could advise me I’d appreciate it 🙂

I have been trying to get a shopping list for a couple of your meal preps and it will not let me request. I'm not sure if this is because I've requested one in the past and there is a limit? I am having to resort to watching the video over & over to write down the ingredients. Sometimes, leaving me to guess at the seasoning ratio. Is there a remedy to this or perhaps a more cohesive location to get the recipes/shopping list/macros in one simplified download? Any assistancestors or insight would be greatly appreciated!
