We absolutely love this recipe. My husband cannot get enough. Should I preheat my Dutch oven first? Also the bottom gets burnt. Should I grease the Dutch oven or add parchment paper to it? Thanks!
Did you say the water was 150 degrees? Isn’t that too hot ? I’m an avid baker I have been making Challah bread once a week since I was a kid. I was always told with active dry yeast not to go hotter than 110. The sweet spot being between 100-110.

I am making the same recipe but my loaf seems to be alot larger than yours and rises alot more, I am using exact same recipe and it tastes great
