Grazie du cuore! We knew Hugh FW's "mushroom risoniotto" but your veg-included version is our go-to now. A spoonful of balsamic adds 'zing' if substituting the goat's cheese with ricotta or crème fraîche. The recipe adapts well to chopped baby carrots, bell peppers, artichoke, leeks, and so on—great if using up oddments.
I made this without the wine, thyme and goats cheese. I used Parsley , chicken thighs and cheddar cheese. Turned out brilliant. Thanks for a great dinner idea.
OMG just made this with a couple variations and it was sooo delicious. No white wine, No peas, chicken stock instead of veg stock, and topped it with fresh parsley. This was so good I will definitely make it again. Thank you!!
Unbelievable! I didn’t want to make it because I thought it would take too much time. It came together in a flash and it tasted incredible! I will be making this over and over again. Thank you!
I've always wanted to try orzo so I decided to finally try making it, using this recipe. Ya'll, I don't know what goat cheese is supposed to taste like, but I don't think I like it at all.
Orzotto is not a made up term: The name is a portmanteau (combination of words) of o (the Italian word for barley) and ris. This should not be confused with orzo, otherwise known as , a type of wheat pasta formed into shapes resembling barley grains.
Going to make this for dinner next week. I liked the orzo joje
I love the way u talk very humbled 💕
I was going along ok with this recipe until you got to KALE!! Use spinach instead.
I will try it.

Is it really meatless Monday if you add in the goat cheese? Looks delish either way. 😋
I did it!👍 delicious!😋

I understand that Americans can't say "Worcestershire Sauce" but how come you can't say "Basel" or "Risotto"?

This looks great! I will sub vegan cream cheese for the goat cheese. It will be perfect! Thanks for sharing.
Made this about 5 times and it gets better with every time!! This dish makes me so happy when had with some fresh salad with balsamic vinegar!!
What a great recipe! Can’t wait to try it, sure it’s very flavourful.
I swear I look forward to the puns just as much as the recipes in these videos 😀
I have made this several times already- it has become a new favorite that i eat at least once a week 😋😋😋😋
Is it white wine vinegar that you use
Beautiful yummmi like most of your recepies thank you 🙏🏻❤️🌹
A lot of packaged stock of chicken and beef doesn't contain any chicken or beef. Its just made artificially.
I'm eating it right now. It absolutely blowed my head away! Yummy 😋

No goat cheese please. Use something else.
