What a waste! After perfectly rolling my meatballs they all dissolved after putting in the liquid
Wow, Swedish meatballs pretty much fall apart after mixing 🙁
Edit: thick mush. 1/4 cup flour is too much. And the 3 Tbsp oil seems too little for semi-frying the meatballs.
Please not that parmigiano is not Vegetarian it has pork in it to speed up the aging process just like 60% of all other cheese.
