This is country cooking love it I am 66 I remember recipes like this when I was younger still cook like this but I love your recipes Kent have a blessed day
Because of damage done to my stomach it is very painful to eat. I miss food so much…. I just like to watch people cook and eat now. I just found your channel and I want to thank you. Although I won't be able to eat this myself, I cannot wait to cook these and your onion burgers for my friends. Thankyou kindly sir from Australia 💖
I know Y'all already know this but I feel I need to tell others that read the comments. Be very careful tapping and hitting the edges of Enamelware pot and pans dishes. You could chip little slivers of that enamel off in the food and not even know it, It's just like glass.
Kent it's always fun for us to watch you and Shan cooking. Mike is a retired chef of 29 years and an Army vet. We started cooking over fire years ago and we are always learning. This weekend we are getting the cast iron on the fire pit and going to have a blast. Blessing to you and Shan, Rochelle
I love all your recipes. Your videos help me get through the day. I want to thank you for acknowledging all Active duty military and veterans. It means a lot to me and my fellow brothers and sisters.
I'm not sure when i saw your cowboy coffee video, must be over 3 yrs ago now, and I haven't drank any other coffee since; I've tried, but not even the best European coffee compares. I always have a pot of it on the stove, and the cleaning lady always looks at me weirdly when she sees that pot.
Gosh, you know the world is a scary place right now in Europe and these videos from Kent and Shannon just really brighten my day. The food is incredible of course but Kent is just so gentle and joyous. Kent and Shannon you make a real big difference to peoples lives you know xxx
I make what's called a farmers omelet and the family calls it clean the fridge omelet. Diced potatoes, onion, peppers, tomatoes, leftover grilled meat or sausage, eggs, cheese all mixed together and baked. Makes great breakfast burritos.
With all due respect for your skills at cooking up the tastiest of foods, but I have never cared for crispy hashbrowns. In fact, I don't care for most crispy foods except for chips. My mom didn't make hashbrowns, so I learned to like what the Navy served up. At any rate, thank-you for the best cooking videos in the whole wide world. I love every one of them. I especially like the salute at the end of each video. Much of my Naval career (68-88) was lacking in such salutes. Lt USN (ret)
This video is incredible! Do you have any videos of making scrapple? Prayers!
I LOVE hash browns!

Use chopsticks for the eggs in a 8 pattern fluffs them up so nice. And age the cookie dough a day or 2 makes them amazing.
Really like cookin breakfast the most and this hit all the best. Great way to get the family together.
B + G, it's what's for breakfast 👍
There are few things on Earth more perfect than hash browns.
It all looks so delicious
And of course vice country cook southern woman Paula deen but of course the First Lady miss Shan.
I think Kent Rollins should be the president of country cooking.

Holy moly how did you know the cowboy coffee video was the first of yours that I've seen?
Whaaaattt? Biscuits and gravy didn't make the top 5?
Just a comment. Drying potatoes for hash browns just put them in the microwave for two minutes it draws all the moisture right out
