    I just made this pepper steak and it’s AMAZING 🤩!!
    I had to use red & yellow peppers (didn’t have any green), and sushi ginger was all I had on hand. But as Angelica would say, “it works!” I highly recommend 🥰😋♥️

    bell peppers were too dear so i subbed peas and mushrooms, and used snitzel steak it was yummy.for stock i used water and an oxo cube, and i served it with mashed spuds, not a rice fan
