@thatbastardson Common ingredients in Garam Masala are black & white peppercorns, cloves, malabar leaves, mace, black cumin, cumin seeds, cinnamon, black, brown, & green cardamom, nutmeg, star anise, and coriander seeds according to Wiki.
It's always a nice day when there is a new recipe from Manjula. This one looks really good. Manjula is like everybody's Aunty, so even if I'm not interested in making the dish I still want to see the video because it is like visiting with a friend or relative or neighbour. And she does a great job in promoting healthy eating by emphasizing the deliciousness of the food she prepares.
very tempting thank you!
Looks delicious. Thanks, Auntyji.
@thatbastardson go to an asian or indian supermarket
Manjila, don't you soak the chicpeas overnight?

This looks so good!!! I must make!!
@crimsonsamurai14 How is it not healthy?! If you're gong to be completely anal about it then skip the salt and the oil, it'll still work without them!
What a wonderful legacy you are leaving for your family and all of us. Thank you for these videos.
Wow! Looks super delicious!! I'm going to try this recipe out, thanks so much! 🙂
