    I meal prep with a recipie almost identical to this one.
    Differences are:
    I do
    half chik peas half blackbeans
    Corn
    Red quinoa
    Sweet onion
    Fresh cilantro
    Yellow, red and green bell pepeprs
    Fetta cheese
    For dressing I just use lemon juice, pepper, and a bit of garlic salt.
    I eat it with pita crackers, tortilla chips, or I wrap it into lettuce with some grilled chicken.

    I skip the carrots, and cabbage

    Made this tonight and it was real good. Didn't have red cabbage so subbed green cabbage and used sugar in place of the honey. It turned out great!
