I felt like this was tasty but I don’t think it was worth all the extra prepping I did. I would recommend just getting already chopped ingredients. Also stock instead of water if you used boneless chicken— I didn’t see the comment about this until after my shopping trip was over.
My curry didn’t thicken but maybe that’s because I didn’t use stock. I couldn’t find masala so I used turmeric, cayenne pepper, and ground cumin (along with the other suggested spices).
I personally felt like it was missing something. But I’ve had absolutely amazing chicken curry before
