Eating healthy is honeslty so fun and it personally helped a lot with my restrictive ED, it also doesn't cost as much as people make it to be. I don't understand anyone who doens't at least try tbh. Making and researching healthy alternatives is so much fun, good for your body and it whole foods taste so much better than junk food and processed!
