    These are some really quick and healthy quinoa recipes. I would love to try these all and they all look so delicious. I use true elements quinoa and mostly cook a spicy version of it.     I just made a batch of your blueberry breakfast cookies. Delicious! Are used a hand mixer and I am wondering if this is the reason the cookies came out so soft that they literally fell apart when you pick them up. I would like to try all the breakfast cookie recipes. Please let me know how I can bulk up the cookie. Thank you in advance!

    Spanish?!?! Really??!! Spanish food is Mediterranean food wtf. We have unique Spanish meals (a lot of them actually, and are very proud of it) but we definetly don't use hot sauce and our way of eating is completely different from Mexican food. Stop confusing the two!!

    Just made the chai breakfast bowl and it's a MUST try! So much flavor with so little ingredients. LOVED how quick and delishes it was! I used plum jam, almond butter, and peanuts for my toppings. Seriously so good as long as you like chai tea flavor. Adding this one to my staples!

    Omg everything looks delicious! I am Mexican and I love Mexican rice so I will definitely try making Spanish quinoa. The Salad dressing looks sooo good, I will try that on my salads!
