We can control apetite in Ramadhan but when Hari Raya Aidilfitri esp in Malaysia, the main food (Rendang) very high in calories. So we gain back weight..🤷🏽♀️

Lol in my culture iftar is done with lots of oils, fats and although there are fruits included it's unhealthy.
