    Great video, Mindy. I have also found deconstructed meals work best for my 5 year old as well. I often use that method for stir fry. Noodles and veggies separate on the plate. Easy enough to take out before the big mix with the sauce. One meal for everyone.

    plant based/vegan folks could use nutritional yeast instead of parm, for some more umami and protein! I'd also throw in some chickpeas. I love meals like this, especially in early autumn 🙂
