Is there a way to make decent vegan bread within 2 hours? I'm disabled and have support but only for 2 hours at a time twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday. So don't have time to make bread properly. But I really want to. Have been trying to find a way to make some bread, within the time or if it is possible to start it on the Tuesday and continue on the Thursday somehow? But not sourdough as i don't like that type of bread. I know this was made 2 years ago so this is a long shot anyone can help

Should've needed a bit longer and let it bulk ferment longer as well. This bread was quite flat, so it's important to invest the time to get the proper spring.
