I love the Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips and I stuff one into the top of some raspberries and eat those, and I am telling you it is incredible. I do that when I want something sweet. So, so good!
Just picked up some Grillo’s pickles at Costco. SUCH a great recommendation! I’m so hungry after watching this video. Can’t wait to try your brussels sprout and chickpea salad!
I freeze green cubes (cukes, ginger, lemon, parsley, water) ahead of time and keep with a bag of frozen greens and a jar of mixed "boosters" (chia, flax, hemp hearts, etc) in a bin in the freezer. I blend with water, but you could add juice if you need the sweet. I like the fresh, spicy green taste. Great, easy, quick way to get two servings of greens down during the day. Your chickpea salad looks awesome. Could be a side or main for me. Love these! Easy, quick, healthy is my favorite way.
I so do that with the yogurt for dessert sometimes adding a bit of granola and I always like "just a little sweet" too. I can't have any dairy, not even a taste so I go with the dairy free options. And I don't eat very much meat either, but cook it for my husband and son.
I LOVE Cedars Tzatziki!!! It is a staple in my life when I want a treat after chasing a toddler all day. I totally would love to make it myself because in NYC it's pricy!
I am 69 and just subscribed to your channel. As I have gotten older, I am no longer a big fan of meat, with the exception of pork for some odd reason. My husband doesn’t understand this change. I have been seriously thinking about turning toward this type of meal plan. It may start out as 2 different meals but I’m hoping he will try some of the salads, meatless pasta and rice dishes but hopefully, he only has to add whatever protein he wants to eat.
When I was in Greece I actually saw the factory where they make fage. So it's likely true
Totally with you on the one bite of good sweet dark chocolate! Great, healthy grocery hall…wish my stores had more selections.
I realize this video was a couple of years ago, but where do you shop for groceries? I cannot find any one of the brands you mentioned!
Great ideas😊

Don't you get hungry after an hour with that dinner? That's like side dishes in our home 😅
I think it's pronounced Fa-Yay

Great ideas thank you so much. Please more clean eating videos
I am the opposite. I eat veggies way more easily than fruit.
Fage is absolutely the most delicious greek yogurt
Grillos pickles are the best!!
My little bite of something sweet is a spoonful of peanut butter lol
Love seeing how other people eat for the week and get new ideas!
The husband friendly version… is that all he eats?
That plate of food would not keep most of the men I know full for very long.
Can you do more meal planning/shopping videos?
Left handed when you write, right handed when you cut? That’s cool

Wow, i am Greek and live in Greece .i got surprised when i saw the greek products
Absolutely love the Grillo pickles, I live in Michigan and just discovered them a few months ago. They remind me of pickles my Dad would make!
Dark chocolate is a great palate cleanser after a meal!
You added an extra herb (parsley maybe?) to your brussel salad. What was it?

Would love more videos on how you make husband friendly versions of your meals!
It's just not the end of a meal without a sweet finish. 🦊
Which store was this all bought at?
I live in Michigan, so I don’t know if these pickles are everywhere, but I just discovered Nathan’s pickles. They are the best I have ever had.
Great meal ideas. Thank you. Take care
It's pronounced FAH-yay, not rhyming with cage, but I still always think of the leprosy-like disease called "the phage" on Star Trek: Voyager. 😆
Great video… doesn´t the amount of useless plastic in that food freak you out?

Hello! I like your videos. What store did you shop at? Some things I've seen at MOMS grocery store. Thanks!

I will have to try that bean salad. It looks good.
I’m loving the grilling veggies. I definitely need to do that.
Loved this video! I wished i had the exact recipe, or like a transcript to follow. Will this be a blog post?
I LOVE THE HUSBAND FRIENDLY VARIATIONS!!
Try bubbies pickles, they are hands fown the best and they ate lacto-fermented!! Sounds and looks like a paleo/whole 30/ keto diet!
What's in this tabbouleh?🤔 that's not how it should be made😶
