When you show the carb tracker amounts, are those in total carbs or net carbs? I'm doing low carb but I'm not a fan of the whole net carbs thing. I have lost 76 lbs in 5 months by just looking at true carbs so I'm just curious before I try these recipes. Net carbs have been the bane of my previous low carb journey so I'd prefer to use total carbs. I just don't believe that adding fiber makes the carbs lower, and why I feel a lot of people end up not doing well on "net" low carb like I have done for years.
I haven’t been satisfied with keto cookie recipes in general and I was convinced it was because I wasn’t using xanthan or guar gum or collagen or lupin or some exotic flour. Now that I’ve made your version … it’s the egg!! It’s been the fricken egg all along. The omission of it, that is, makes all the difference. The butter, the chocolate and especially the crunch I’ve been seeking really come through. I love eggs, but not in cookies apparently.
These look lovely. For those of you that don't follow Dr boz, FYI zero calorie sweeteners still spike your insulin and in many people worsens their cravings. So I'd wait to use these desserts.
Im going to do the chocolate cheesecake without sweetener.
MMM…BUT why use unsalted butter and then add salt? Lots of recipes call for this, drives me nuts.
I’m allergic to nuts. Do you think any other flours are good substitutes for almond flour? Or does it only work with almond flour?
Thanks!!

Apparently ChocZero doesn't make the vanilla syrup anymore as it isn't on their website. Any suggestions for a similar syrup?
Can you heat the cream up then add it to the chips? would that help them melt better?
Does choc zero melt easier than lillys chocolate?
