Curious why you boiled them? Doesn't that et rid of a lot of the vitamins? Steamed would be my choice to maintain nutritional value. I think I'll find another video that cares about my health.
The problem mostly with salt is not only processed food but artificial table salt that has anti caking agents in it … always use a natural sea salt for the iodine or and sometimes a Himalayan salt for extra other trace minerals… The other problem with table salt is it’s only sodium which causes you to retain water increasing blood pressure because you need a balance of sodium potassium and other minerals to keep the sodium Walter balance within the body.
Keep the camera on the food to see what she is doing. Your constant moving in and out with the camera makes people seasick. Use a tripod if you can't be more steady with the camera.
I can’t take this videos! She talks too much about none related stuff .. this is about Brussels sprouts right ? Go straight to the point lady . Your video is boring I won’t finishing watching it 🤨
Made them baked and didn't like the fact that the bottom part ends up sort of burned so I usually make them more or less this way except that instead of boiling them I steam them and you're right, they end up grey instead of green.
I still love them though, better than baked. I add some chopped up onions and peppers of all colors and lots of garlic and celery and finish them up with olive oil and lemon juice. These look beautiful and tempting. I'm making them as soon as I can find them.

I'm sorry but your style is really grating…annoying. You're a little frantic and not very calming. But great recipe, just not the greatest.

Cook brussel sprouts in instant pot, bring to pressure at 0.
Glad to hear you’re putting nutmeg in the sprouts…I’ve been doing that ever since my mom made them while we were still in living Holland!
I eat them, but, really don't care for them that much, hoping your recipe changes my mind!😀😀
Would some lemon be good?
she has books in her kitchen ❤️😍
Hello
Do you use nutritional yeast much? I love it on salad, green beans. Veggies and homemade mac and cheese. I mix it with panko for more of a crunch.
Once again….you should write a book….start with the 5 healthy habits, you are truly inspiring….luv ya
Gail , Ocala Fla cook mine in a little chicken stock takes the bitterness away
