I just started TRT and the gym. I'm skinny fat so I'm hoping the TRT will make recomposition possible. But to do that I don't know if I should be on a cal deficit , or surplus.

Gonna try this. My diet the past couple years has been no breakfast, a very small lunch at work, and then a GIANT bowl of pasta 2 hours before bedtime. I've gone from 170 to 195. Need to reverse this before I hit the big 200

Lunch:
~450 calories, 29g protein, 53g carbs, 11g fat
Snack (orange + shake):
~150 calories, 24g protein, 16g carbs, 2g fat
Dinner:
~350 calories, 39g protein, 16g carbs, 16g fat
Yogurt Parfait:
~200 calories, 20g protein, 21g carbs, 5g fat
TOTAL:
~2,100 calories, 163g protein, 230g carbs, 66g fat
