Today I’m sharing my go-to salad recipe that I used to lose 30 pounds in 90 days. This is a BIG salad. It’s a whole meal. And it’ll take you at least 40 minutes to …
Absolutely amazing!! Watching you make your big salad so quickly cause you meal prepped earlier, has definitely inspire this mom. Gives me hope on getting off the eating like a two year old diet 🤦♀️ Will sewing how this impacts my grocery bill this weekend
yes this works! I ate a salad like this with olive oil and feta cheese and also added sliced almonds. sliced beets and steamed broccoli is also fgood too.
Eating a huge salad for breakfast is the # 1 thing that keeps me lean. I had to get rid of the tradition of starting everyday with processed carbs (bread, cereal, grains, bagels, muffins, waffles etc.). The salad keeps me full throughout the day, I can prepare it in the time it takes to scramble and egg, and it sets the tone for a healthy day, every day. Setting the tone is the most important aspect of achieving any goal.
I eat a huge salad (larger than one you see here) as well. However, I don't add anything to the salad that is not on my keto diet. I lost over 80 pounds on my keto diet and I also lost ALL of my health issues.
People who think salad's a deprivation are crazy! I love salad and eat at least one daily whether it's a main dish or a side dish, and my friends always request that I make a salad when we have a "pot luck" or I'm taking a side dish to add to a meal.
Ive been eating salads like this for years so I'm a bigvfan! Want to contribute my favourite salad too: Spinach leaves, chopped garlic and red onion, raisins, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, tomatoes, lentels (rinsed and drained), Dressing, olive oil, raspberry vinegar, honey, salt, pepper.
Same salad bowl same Tupperware mostly same salad ingredients. Dude, are we related? Two things you should try. Apple cider vinegar and sauerkraut or kimchi depending on the salad.
Thank you for keeping this under 5min and covering the basics we all give a damn about, time, volume, hunger feelings and so on. Holy Cow HUMMUS on salad!!! Love it!
For some reason salads help me regulate my sugar. I tried that carnivore diet, wasn't for me felt like I was lacking sugar. I start eating greens, and I'm not craving sweets. So not all diets work for everyone I suppose. I'll stick to my meat/greens diet seems to work better for me.
The only way to lose weight without going to the gym and doing exercises is to not eat bread and potatoes and sugar and gravy eat salads without any dressing 1-day and eat vegetables another and day (have one meal a day plus a snack) drink plenty of water and drink green tea instead of coffee ☕ also if you feel hungry then just go and brush your teeth or drink half a glass of water and walk places instead of going places in the car or on the bus and after a month you will see the difference
I have recently found that raw spinach is not as easily digestible for us as barely cooked spinach is so try that as well but look into it for yourself. It's something about the nutrients not being available for our cells if its raw>? Check it out and thanks for the big salad recipe!
Looks SO good. I just had a salad with similar ingredients. I add about a teaspoon or 2 of olive oil on top of my Trader Joe's Classic Hummus and that makes SUCH a difference to me. I eat my salad almost exactly like yours otherwise. Oh yeah, I don't think I've tried the sweet potatoes though. Definitely doing that this week. Thanks!
