Thanks for these recipes, Jeremy. For the overnight oats, I noticed you added protein powder. I was always under the impression that you should consume protein powder straight away after mixing it. Is this true and does the protein powder lose some of its effectiveness after being mixed in the overnight oats for a day or 2? Looking forward to your answer 🙂
