    Thanks for these recipes, Jeremy. For the overnight oats, I noticed you added protein powder. I was always under the impression that you should consume protein powder straight away after mixing it. Is this true and does the protein powder lose some of its effectiveness after being mixed in the overnight oats for a day or 2? Looking forward to your answer 🙂

    Im going to try the egg with spinach wrap in the morning!…..Tried it and loved it! All I had to put in it was bacon and cheese! But it was amazing, this will be my go to breakfast from now on.
