Well, I just made it and it looks good, but it doesn't taste so good. The directions say 45 minutes and mine was NOT even close to done, so I left it in maybe 15 minutes or so longer and after it set up in the fridge with the yummy frosting, it tastes like I'm eating kind of a raw batter that never baked through. I think most of the recipes I make with almond flour just don't taste right. 🙂
