made peanut noodle, did not have cabbage so l just cut asparagus in. my husband couldn't believe when he tasted it, he said it was one of the best noodles he ever had and he is asian so that definitely has gravity
All you need for authentic tasting beef/chicken or tofu and broccoli dish is oyster sauce and a slurry of corn starch at the end. Chefs 😘 This stir fry is just as tasty
I came across your videos a day or so ago. Beautiful recipes. I'm looking forward to applying what I've learned from your videos in our home kitchen. Thank you
The majority of the ingredients lead to systemic inflammation and over-all major poor health, some life-threatening. Like come on, tofu/soy…so toxic to women (some men) and mega increase in cancer cases related to tofu/soy. All about $$$ instead of health. We have known for years that any soy product can be deadly, yet there you are supporting it for own family. You use nothing healthy in recipes
6:00 Not to mention that black walnut trees are allelopathic, which means that they negatively impact other plants causing them considerable stress or even killing them. Tomatoes definitely don’t do well in their vicinity, since even a fallen walnut leaf can mess with them. Not trees you want around a garden.
Blanching vegetables reduces their nutrients. You can stir-fry the tofu and broccoli without blanching it. Also, you can cook rice in a pot in about the same time you did in a pressure cooker.
The best takeaway from Joshua's videos is be proactive in your own kichen and cook your own food. the price now days, going to a restaurant or fast food restaurant is just way out of line for what you're getting and the quality simply isn't there. cooking at home is much healthier than going out to eat and of course a lot cheaper. So watch the video and let's get to cooking
If you are a very poor, lazy, college student, hot sauce works instead of chili oil, sugar works instead of honey, and don’t add water if you don’t want to cook the peanut sauce. And you don’t even need the vegetables! If you don’t cook the sauce you can just put the noodles or rice in the bowl you mixed all your ingredients. Rice and peanut sauce is also one of the cheapest meals you can get at Thai restaurants if you are really lazy
I made the broccoli and tofu in the brown sauce and it's unbelievably good! I could not believe that I made it! Thank you for this amazing recipe 😊
I could see some mushroom cultivation action there.

In Vietnam I think we use crispy pork skin in place of the tortila chips but hey, as long as it is good and is still edible, anything goes!
You can eat pretty much all the broccoli stalk if you peel it 🙂
These recipes look fantastic. Making them immediately. Thank you!
if you want crunchy broccoli just boil it only like 10 seconds or don’t boil at all. it creates a contrast between tofu and broccoli.
What can I use instead of cabbage leaves
