Since he's weating the same hoodie throughout the whole video I'm wondering if he was eating everything back to back, or filmed every section for each meal?
I really liked the idea of adding oils later on to give it that similar mouth feel without having as much oils throughout the cooking. Grating the chocolate is also another cool idea
id be interested to see a low-carb version of this style of video, as im diabetic (Type 2 aka prone to high bloodsugar) so even those protein noodles would be horrible for me
love the idea of high protein noodels but they take 4 weeks before they ship they dont even ship to Canada would cost a small mint after exchange and shipping 🙁
Not sure what app you use to get RDAs but it seems like it values protein a bit low. The chopped cheese sandwich shows 54g of protein is 107% of your RDA. However, a person of you size (170lb) has a maintenance RDA of about 85g of protein. Since you said you want to lose fat and preserve muscle the suggested amount would go up to 140g of protein per day.
I lost 10 lbs recently without trying by not eating after dinner and never before 1pm the next day. Quitted cheese due to high cholesterol. Ate less rice, potatoes, & pasta (less carbohydrates). Easy! My BMI is now 23 and my skinny clothes from 10-15 years ago now fits.
This is one of the first cooking channels I've come across that has easy recipes with a lot of ingredients that are fairly easy to get your hands on. I hardly ever feel like what I'm watching is too difficult to make.
I looked up the Vite Noodles as a Canadian, it's around $50CAD(with shipping) for 12 noodle bundles which means it's about $4/bundle. So once you factor in other ingredients, it's $10/serving. I wanna eat high protein noodles but my budget says no 😭
Due to popular demand we have a part 2: https://youtu.be/gB3b1hqK24g (3 more meals + update on the cut!)

Throw some avocado on the chopped cheese! Natures mayo!
I'm sure if you lost the moustache you'd lose about 5lbs. That thing is utterly glorious!
Love this video 🙂
Yooo my man destroyed that plate of noodles goddamnnn😂

This is definitely NOT healthy.

I am trying SO HARD to focus on the food 😅
I need some new recipes and I'm trying to get back on a cut right now. Put about 60lbs back on out of the 100 I lost a couple years ago.
Any have a good sub for peanut oil in the beginning for anyone who is allergic to nuts? otherwise, gonna try the first dish. looks amazing
Did I see that wrong? Looks like the 16 count variety pack is $88 ?

Pet peeve: Please everybody, serve only bright red tomatoes, not pale!
Probably a stretch that I get a response, but can you share where your pan, large knife and strainer are from? Thanks
As a former wrestler who used to cut 10lbs in a couple days before the weight in, 5 weeks sounds so bizarre. I guess it's a healthier way of doing it
Super healthy he says lol. That chopped cheese has over 1000mg of salt. Just busting your balls. Thanks for this video will be a huge help to me
Loving the content. Carry on with your awesomeness. Cheers
What Chinese Red Chilli flakes are those? I cant find anything even remotely close to the ones you use
What kind of wok is that also? Thanks!
Thanks, noodles ordered.

0:07 I fell out laughing when you ate at that head of lettuce like it was a freaking apple 🤣
He says “Healthy meals” but then adds MSG into the stir fry… instant dislike
