Am I wrong to think you should never eat raw salmon unless it has been flash frozen at some point ? I'm pretty sure you're at a risk for the small worms fish sometimes carry. These are killed when you sear them on high heat for a few minutes, or by being frozen at very high temperatures. But I would at the very least ask whoever is selling the fish if it's okay to eat it raw because not all fish will be. At least that's what I've been told.

They are not filling if you are someone who used to eating a lot and almost all the things you tell people to eat are unhealthy like the process American cheese, pasta, bread and evaporated milk. You truly need to learn to eat before making this videos and promete them as “healthy”.
You are using frozen salmon, which is good… You should never use raw salmon without freezing for a while for this or you will risk your health. Also, make the ratio of rice to water to be 1:1.25. That is what I do for sushi or poke (I am Japanese).

Most the stuff isn't bad, but the edamame and salmon (I shaved some cost off with frozen fillets) alone put it at roughly $12 a bowl. ($20 for 4 fillets, and 2 bags of edemame which won't quite give me a third portion).
Yogurt on a poke bowl is a sin! Hawaiians never made traditional poke with yogurt and edamame! You can't reaaly call it poke! But, you could maybe call it a Chirashi bowl since tha Japanese are so keen to western influences!
These videos have been helping me a great deal. I've been trying to do exactly your three sections type of cooking for weight loss for myself. I'm one of those people who will always have to calorie control to keep weight off, the second I stop I start putting back on. So denying my favorite foods can be massively painful. I can portion control desserts and be satisfied but not meals.
I made the Salmon Poke Bowl tonight for dinner with some fresh Alaskan Salmon and it was awesome. Thank for a delicious and healthy meal idea! BTW, I love your Polish last name. 🙂 I'm sure you probably know this already, that chleb means bread in Polish. 😀
You should never thaw fish in the vacuum sealed bag it comes in. Botulism thrives in warmer low oxygen environments. Take it out frozen (exposing it to oxygen) and then thaw it in a fresh ziplock as you normally would. Or thaw it overnight in the fridge.

You have to reset your metabolism. As it gets used to lower intake, it slows down knowing it doesn’t have to work as hard.
I can never eat raw fish .. it maybe hygienic or edible … but me personally I have NEVER not WILL EVER eat raw fish.

Can't you get parasites from the uncooked salmon? Even sushi is left in a mixture of lemon juice and vinegar to sterilize it.
