Be sure you check with your pharmacist and doctor about your meds and tumeric. Turmeric is serious and can interfere. I have lupus and congestive heart failure. Due to my meds, I use tumeric sparingly.

I made both salads, and they were equally delicious. Had no Kale, used Dandelions, Italian parsley and lots of Cilantro. Used brown mustard. I added Marsala spice. Mahalo for the basic recipe, and the inspiration.

😏The timing was all off!!! You gotta include chopping all the veggies and cooking time… Plus for turmeric to be anti inflammatory it needs to be pared with black pepper for absorption…
I added some cracked black pepper ( synergy with tumeric) and poured some dressing over poached eggs. I'm going to try it over tofu then baking it. Great job! Going to be my daily go to…dips, soup base and even going to try in a green smoothie and with Kale chips and popcorn. I am obsessed!

Also, if black pepper is added to the turmeric dressing, the absorption of anti-inflammatory properties in the turmeric is magnified.
Save kale stems for smoothies. You can’t really taste them.
You don’t have to peel ginger or turmeric if organic. Lots of nutrients.

BEWARE this dressing with lots of turmeric triggered a migraine. You should always give proper measurements not just ingredients.
The dressing would be amazing on a wrap or sandwich. I also think it would be great to marinate meats. I would dip my salmon, chicken, ect. in it
