    Hello, I just need to discuss that I am 50kg and want to lose wait. I've been working on it for 3-4 weeks but still see no difference. Like I consume a healthy breakfast like egg or bread or barley porridge. Then I head towards my uni and have a salad as my lunch and nothing else. After coming home I consume some veggies or rice or very rarely fried food. Then I have my dinner with little amount of rice or flatbread. In addition to this I consume a lot of water throughout the day. Despite having these practices I see no difference in my weight. Kindly suggest me what am I doing wrong. Thankyou.

    Confess and repent of all your sins in prayer in the name of Jesus.
    Forgive those who have harmed you (this will free you from anger) as God forgave you.
    Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible).
    Live pure and stop sinning.
    If you sin unwillfully confess and repent for none of us are perfect except Jesus.

    Be obedient.
    Follow the spiritual laws: 
    Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.

    Develop a relationship with God. Walk with him in the cool of the day..

    yeah! doesnt mean your eating less, you will also lose weight. for u to lose weight you do need the right diet like the agoge diet. its so easy to follow and you can see the results as early as two weeks, have never been happy with my life
