Great week night meal ideas. However, where are the seasonings? I saw salt pepper, lemon and sage. There's so much more that could be done to take this for a fair meal to a seller meal by just opening the spices cabinet
The salmon was awesome and super easy! Asparagus was not in season anymore, so I used broccoli instead. Used a tiny bit of smoked paprika powder on the potatoes. Having some oil on the vegies and potato when putting them in the oven gives so much more flavor.
I might be just a little "too" high but upon clicking this video, I realized that Andrew's voice sounds a decent bit like Jon Benjamin's (Bob from Bob's Burgers). Huh. Edit: Like their tonality and cadence. Babish sounds a little happier than Bob though tbh.
Am I theonly one who is about to make this being perfectly aware that for some reason this is going to come out like a huge watery, fishy mush and overcooked potatoes ?
Man, LOTS of people seem to have a problem with Babish getting sponsors and I don’t get it. Is it really taking that much away from the video? Is the man not allowed to earn extra money? I don’t get it.
And before someone gets smart with me, yes, I’m well aware that the channel is huge and he earns a lot from it even without sponsors. So what? He has other employees, and I can’t imagine living in NY (and buying some of the stuff from this show for that matter) is cheap. It’s like 30 seconds in the beginning and a quick thanks at the end. It doesn’t interfere with the content, let the man earn his cash money
I love these kinds of videos! My husband and I have been cooking more at home and having easy and different meal prep videos makes our week nights less stressful 😁
To paraphrase Mahk from Zebra Corner "some people don't like it when you do ads in the videos. Yea? Well, some people don't pay the bills around here."
Those be the cleanest hands I have ever seen. Food looks yummy even if there are ingredients I don't like. I love the little basic tips like cooking the thickest part of chicken thighs until 175
The sheet pan dinner was a big hit over here! It's hard to find something everybody in the family can have, what with health issues- but this one worked perfectly, and we all enjoyed it. Thank you!

The thing I love about wholesome food is that it is usually intrinsically simple.

Looks like a lot of packaging for home made delivery products
Pressing and rolling citrus fruit to “help bring more juice out” is, in fact, also a myth

first recipe is annoying because you have to have a hob+oven safe cooking vessel. little annoying
These are hitting very close to home.
So healthy and delicious, thank you for sharing my friend
babish was a redditor lol 😂
great idea, shame about all the plastic waste they include in their packaging
Ahem…
Worcestershire sauce, it's that easy Andrew!

Are you me? [shrug emoji]
I can make a delicious cheese quesadilla in less time than it takes to think about ordering a pizza lol
The cooking is great but you are doing your "Bend & Snap" all wrong! Elle Woods has a great tutorial if you need pointers!
yo people out there that dont season your food, dont use wash cloths, why do yall think salt and pepper is the only things to put on your foods?
I made this with sweet potatoes, leftover plums, walnuts, red wine and some beef chuck. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
soooo much plastic, it hurts to watch! I would never buy anything from a company who cares so little for the environment…
I will not comment Blue Apron, but did your really throw away half of the Asparagus? Make a A-Soup out of it…

Too much plástic in your box.
Lame. Most wasteful way of cooking possible. So much extra packaging for an overpriced meal.
This guy sounds like he craves a career change – 😂 he sounds so fed up with explaining what hes doing
I’m in culinary classes and I still watch this. <3
I made the chicken thighs with sweet potatoes and bourbon last night….it was DELICIOUS!! I will definitely make it again!

I have that exact same Shun chef's knife
I do the sheet pan meal with chicken but put the chicken in with the potatoes
The salmon recipe is the first thing I ever cooked by myself, so thanks, Babish, for showing me how to start cooking!
Pork belly or bacon bits in with the apple-sweet potato hash?
