    This is so shallow, like there are real problems in the world and the most important thing to us is to say to ourselves how beautiful we are and how amazing our skin looks? If you don't truly love yourself and if you struggle with that love others, share and be aware of the real problems in the World. You will be doing something useful hence you will love yourself for being present and commited. The skin and body thing has gone too far, loving ourselves is important but this is way too shallow for me

    I also can't have gluten because I bloat and it gives me pain. But I hate other kinds of pasta they are never soft and don't absorb the sauces. How do you get over that?

    Hi! I'm a little late in watching this video BUT Noma Lim is a bone broth brand that I love! I really like their Thai Coconut chicken. I add an additional scoop of collagen protein to the smaller cups but it's the only bone broth specifically for sipping that I love.

    Optimism/positivity/good attitude along with setting goals starting with small growing up to big things are things I’ve been trying to instill back into my own brain and tell my love everyday that I don’t tell her she’s beautiful and sexy and I love her 25-100 times a day out of habit or repetition. I say it because it’s true and I believe it and she’s amazing and I want her to believe in herself as much as I do in her!!!     Whey protein powders can never be "dairy free", but it can be lactose free or casein free if the whey is in an isolated form. Nevertheless, your overall philosophy to health and what you promote for your followers is very fresh and positive.
