This is so shallow, like there are real problems in the world and the most important thing to us is to say to ourselves how beautiful we are and how amazing our skin looks? If you don't truly love yourself and if you struggle with that love others, share and be aware of the real problems in the World. You will be doing something useful hence you will love yourself for being present and commited. The skin and body thing has gone too far, loving ourselves is important but this is way too shallow for me
Can I ask why do you even need a protein powder? I eat enough protein so I never understood why you'd need them. But then again, I don't also drink smoothies.. 😀

Hi! I'm a little late in watching this video BUT Noma Lim is a bone broth brand that I love! I really like their Thai Coconut chicken. I add an additional scoop of collagen protein to the smaller cups but it's the only bone broth specifically for sipping that I love.

Whey protein powders can never be "dairy free", but it can be lactose free or casein free if the whey is in an isolated form. Nevertheless, your overall philosophy to health and what you promote for your followers is very fresh and positive.

Whey is dairy. Perhaps it's lactose free? But if it's made from milk, it's dairy.
