    The advocate of a Midwest farmers diet would cringe at the way we Vegans chow down. 😬 😉

    I would rather eat lawn grass than the standard American diet. 🏈 🍔☠️

    I have eaten a few Ukrainian and many Armenian, Lebanese and Israeli meals, and they too are by no means conventional. 🤩

    When I prepare my raw vegan or semi cooked vegan meals, it looks a lot like your meal prep. And sometimes it looks a bit Ukrainian and Armenian, without the eggs or cow. 🐮🚫 🥚🥚🍳🥚🥚❌

    They always look healthy and often very Israeli. 🥰 🇮🇱

    Nice video, sir and some good ideas. 💡

    The potatoes, olive oil and Celtic sea salt in the air fryer looks like a winner I hafta try. Toppings? Cherry tomatoes like you did, or other watery topping and avocado. It would make a nice and occasional heavy meal. Maybe some chopped cucumber or cashew /tahini dressing.

    I also love raw spaghetti squash with tomatoes and habaneros. 🤤

    I also use mono meals, as needed. Eating 7 bananas in one afternoon and a half of a small watermelon or 2 cups of brown rice for an early dinner is a breeze for me.
