I noticed you have done some gluten free recipes like the macadamia Mickey Mouse cookies and also the banana oat pancakes 🙂 I tried the banana oat pancakes gluten free oats it was really really good. it would be great if you could do more gluten free recipes 🙂
Allie, I wanted to tell you that I tried the peanut butter banana smoothie and LOVED it, but I changed it up a little. I soaked dates over night to give it a sweeter taste and I subed the almond milk for chocolate coconut milk. I also added avocado to make it more like a breakfast "pudding". I can't wait to make this more when chocolate cravings kick in!!
Rotting animals and their fluids are not healthy. Vegan is the way to go! You're so close to being vegan too. Just swap the honey for agave, the cow yoghurt for soy or even just more almond milk and swap the meat for a veggie meat or some carbs! The animals deserve people to be vegan!
I watched this video right after your chocolate box tasting all while eating jelly beans. Felt like I should have changed the order so the chocolate tasting would have been the dessert video. Anyway, I definitely need to eat better. Water is my nemesis, I don't drink a lot of it but I must get better. Thanks for the inspiration.

My go to smoothie has been frozen black grapes, one ripe banana, about a tablespoon of peanut butter, a handful of spinach, and a big glug of the very vanilla Silk soy milk! OMG I LOOVE IT!! It is just my super favorite. I literally just finished one while watching your video!! Although I didn't love it with the Silk chocolate soy milk – it was still a great little treat. I've just started working as a checker at a local grocery store and I am so worn out!! I don't think I've ever felt so sore so many days in a row – EVER! haha I really love these kinds of videos because it's where I found my grape smoothie recipe. 😉
If you're looking for other uses for the nutritional yeast, here's my go to snack – air popped popcorn (no oil), spray coconut oil (from Trader Joe's), yeast, and salt. The spray not only oils the bland popcorn but it helps all the seasonings stick to the corn. Sometimes I add chili powder or garlic powder

The alfredo recipe looks great! Pinterest is my best friend for finding new, healthy meal ideas. I like using avocado in place of mayo for tuna or chicken salad.
Loved the vid Allie! I also drink lemon water and have a smoothie every day (spinach, almond milk, coconut water, banana, mango, pineapple it makes a lovely shade of green haha). Such a refreshing start to the day. Your chocolate one looks amazing I'll have to pick up that flavor of almond milk. Completely agree about that Alfredo recipe. It doesn't taste exactly the same (Alfredo was my favorite before trying to cut out dairy. I would seriously lick the jar haha) but the vegan version is still very good. I made mine with sundried tomatoes too and it was delicious!! Thanks for posting I have to make it again soon. And I miss eating plain deli meat I want to try your lunch with some tofurkey hopefully it gives the same vibe ❤️

My mom and I have a recipe for vegan paleo chocolate chip cookies, they're actually AMAZING, made with coconut oil instead of butter and almond flour instead of flour. They crumble very easily but taste great and don't give me as much of a stomachache as regular chocolate chip cookies.
Great meals! One thing my mom and I like to make is skinny girl stuffed shells. It's whole grain giant shells, black beans, corn, salsa, chicken, a bit of cheese, low far jalapeño cream cheese and I usually put a little dollop of sour cream at the end. It's soooo good
