    Hey you guys! I hope you enjoy the video today – my 3rd weight loss meal plan video/ based on what I ate daily to lose weight. I just want to apologize for the fact that some of you have had issues accessing my blog and website. Have been having some major issues with it – but this week it is busy moving to a brand new server of it's own, and so there shouldn't be issues after this.     I use 2 eggs 4 slices of bacon and half yellow squash and zucchini little bit a cheese and salsa (no bread) not much in lunch some times fruit, at night Salmon or chicken baked, cauliflower and veggies and its working good so far PS ur gorgeous 💗

    Celiac disease… Is that brand normal rye bread or a specific.. kind that is gluten free ?

    Rye contains a gluten protein called secalin. Thus, it's unsuitable for those following a gluten-free diet.

    Rye bead contains glutinous protein called secalin making it Unsuitable following a gluten free diet. If it doesn’t say GLUTEN FREE on the package then it contains gluten.
    When making videos you MUST BE AWARE OF WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT !!

    What the hell? I am much taller than the average man and therefore need more calories. Just going by man or women need a difference of calories makes no sense. She does then mention calories can easily be adjusted for specific needs which is good. But why then specify it is for "women" ie oftentimes but really not always smaller bodied full grown humans in the first place?

    I like the idea of these meals but I cant bare the dinner vegetables or peppers and tomatoes. Has anyone got any alternatives? I was thinking possiblly a keto diet.

    I lost 85 lb in eight months and I'm 66. But cutting out carbs and sugar and some of the things you've shown are full off that garbage.

    Eat a lime squeezed in cold water every night before bed .youl lose loads
    Put a teaspoon of cinnamon in the glass too it kicks your metabolism up a gear . it .I did that for 6 months

    I’ve got a dilemma, I’m overweight and I know why (phone addiction + diet) but I don’t have access to anything really healthy because my family are quite poor and can only get those two for one deals which usually consist of chocolate bars and pasta, is there anything I can really do abt that?

    The only thing I‘m missing about your meals is a little bit of margarine on the bread and a healthy sauce to the veggies, fish and rice, bc otherwise it would be way to dry for my taste.

    Sometimes when you eat less you'll think it'll keep you thin but, from my experience and so many women I saw around eating more made them loss more weight and get the body they wanted specially if you’re skinny or skinny fat. I was skinny fat but, when I started to eat more carbs/food and try to not be afraid from carbs/food I started to see better results even my abs showed up while when I was eating 1300/1500 calories and worked out even more I didn't see much difference comparing to eating 2000 calories a day I look much fitter and healthier now. Of course if you're over weight you'll have to eat less first to meet the healthy weight first.

    This even reminds me of seeing a friend of my flatmate who was starving herself to the point she'll feel dizzy and worked out twice a day 6 times a week and she was struggling to loose weight while I was working out once a day 4 times a week and eat more and she was asking what I was doing and I told her just eat more, straving it actually does the opposite. I ate from 2 cups rice, I whole big potatoes and a lot more and I was just losing weight even more then I wanted. Also keeping yourself active is key.

    Best way to loose weight is eat less of what you normally eat, do some cardio workouts, go play outside with the kids, drink water throughout the day, lift weights if you'd like, keep busy, snack lightly don't eat after 8:00pm, run, ride a bike, do yard work, eat less…
