I feel like so many of these videos are made from people outside of the US and a lot of the time I can’t get the food they talk about at my grocery stores or it just isn’t something I like much when I try it because I’m not used to it at all. Is it me or do you eat almost no veggies? Not to be judgemental but i just noticed you don’t eat a lot of vegetables. I personally eat quite a lot. I just wonder if this was an exception or if you just don’t eat or like veggies a lot. If it fits you, than the opinion of others doesn’t matter.
“People always like to have their two cents about what you’re eating.” Couldn’t be more true. I had a girl get genuinely mad at me because I mentioned having an evening snack. Even if you don’t agree with someone’s eating habits it’s not your place to boss them around!
You should look into powdered minerals, you can find them almost any store now, your meals look great, but craving chocolate is related to lo mineral intake ☺️ i am a nutritionist
hey im teenager i lost 22kg but i don’t know why my process has slowed down maybe i am doing something wrong i don’t know but im not losing weight like i used to :/ im not counting calories but im in the calorie deficit and i work out about 3x per week and im not losing weight and im trying to do some ab workouts but my stomach looks the same idk why please help me:(
