    Yeah being picky with your food is essential for body building and toning. You could just gobble down a full fry up every morning if powerlifting was your only goal though.

    i started eating oatmeal for breakfast and i have lost 40 lbs so far! i eat at around 6 am and i dont even think about food till around 2 in the afternoon! then i eat a good lunch and a very small dinner!! the thing is i started eating most calories IN THE MORNING instead of at night! i put cinnamon and sugar free syurp in mine !
